Canon EOS 7D

After shooting with Canon EOS 300D for about 6 years I have now upgraded to Canon EOS 7D. This is a massive improvement in high ISO image quality and the camera speed. 7D is really fast and ready for action immediately and it is very pleasing to shoot with.   The biggest improvement is the auto focus – very quick and accurate. 

Hope to gets some good shots this summer.

Xmas songs

Have not been doing any new photos but thought i'll add a few Xmas classic songs.

So this is my top 10 count down to Xmas.

Xmas Top 10

Gower - South Wales

This is from our stay at the Rose cottage in port Eynon located near the beach in Gower peninsular. The cottage is supposedly over 300 years old and it retains a lot of original features.
This gave us the perfect base for exploring the beaches of Gower.

This one is from the Rhossili Bay. This is the most westerly bay on the Gower peninsula and arguably one of the best beaches in UK. Reaching the beach with small children is bit of a challenge and we learned it the hard way.
Walking towards the Worms Head from Rhossili Bay. This is a very relaxing and enjoyable walk especially during the sun set.
Finally a sun set at the Rhossili Bay. This was done with a sun set filter and just in time I had the cyclists appear in my frame. I think they do add a lot to this image.

Hope you liked these ... Will add a few from other beaches around Gower and the famous Three Cliff bay.
